At Embolden Kids, we believe in transparency, trust, and care. Our policies exist to protect children, respect families, and ensure safe, ethical, empowering services in line with NDIS Practice Standards.
We follow Australian Privacy Law and NDIS requirements. Your information is stored securely, used only for therapy purposes, and never shared without consent unless required for safety or law.
We seek informed consent for assessments, therapy, and information sharing. We honour each child’s communication style, autonomy, and preferences. Families are partners in every step.

We provide assessments, therapy, parent coaching, school visits, and reports, tailored to your child’s goals and wellbeing.
We follow NDIS cancellation guidelines.
Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice may be charged. Emergencies are always considered.
Payments
Invoices are emailed and follow NDIS pricing arrangements.
Respect for autonomy, boundaries & sensory needs.
We respond quickly and document any injuries, hazards, or near-misses.
Reportable Incidents - Serious incidents are reported to the NDIS Commission within required timeframes.
